The general terms and conditions of sale described below set out the rights and obligations of Biogents AG and its customers in connection with the sale of its products. Any service provided by Biogents AG implies the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Biogents does not accept any other terms from the buyer unless agreed in writing in advance.
Biogents’ online shop is intended for private individuals. Wholesalers, companies, legal entities under public law, or government representatives are asked to place their orders directly with Biogents AG at the address above.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer by the supplier. It is simply an online catalogue provided for informational purposes. The customer confirms their order after entering their personal details and clicking the “Confirm your order” link at the end of the ordering process. An acknowledgment of receipt of your order will then be sent to you immediately by email. The sales contract is confirmed by the sending of a shipping confirmation or by delivery of the goods. If you receive neither a shipping confirmation nor delivery within 2 weeks of placing your order, you are no longer bound to Biogents.

If the order is cancelled in accordance with the rules, both parties are required to refund/return the services provided and, where applicable, to reimburse the benefits derived from the use of the goods, such as interest. Items returned incomplete, worn, damaged, or soiled by the customer may, depending on the case, be subject to a partial refund. This does not apply to testing the goods as you would be able to do in a store. The return shipment is made at our risk. The refund only covers the value of the goods and not the shipping costs.

The warranty is governed by the law in force. The statutory warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.
If the goods are defective, you may request their repair or replacement. If the item can neither be repaired nor replaced, you may withdraw from the sales contract, obtain a reduction in the sale price, or receive compensation.
You are required to give us the opportunity to inspect and repair the defective goods.
Biogents accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper use of the delivered items. Please read the instructions enclosed with the goods carefully.

If you pay by credit card, all information is encrypted via SSL and sent directly to Shopify Payments. Shopify Payments specializes in secure online payments and processes credit card payments for Biogents. Shopify Payments guarantees that your personal data will only be used for your purchase. Biogents AG does not have access to this data.
In order to improve our website, we reserve the right to analyze visits to our site. No data that allows the visitor to be identified will be recorded.
